Higher salary than other companies. Private company, so not that complex. Great team to work with. Good work life balance

Cons

Not open to work from home, and you have to check entrance and leaving. It does not matter if you finish working 4-5 hours after your shift, if you arrive 5 minutes late you are in trouble.
