      A mature, steady company that has been successful for a longtime. Excellent president.

      Somewhat rigid middle management. PC is the thing to really watch out for.

      Bourns - Good Pay, No Challenge

      The pay was good - the only problem was that they closed the plant in Janesville a few years after opening

      Cons

      Work is not challenging at all, the chances for advancement is quite low as the structure is quite horizontal in nature
