Pros

It’s nice to be part of a fun work family team that offers great perks, unique incentives, and generous paid time off during the holidays. The owners are thoughtful and respect the team’s input in business decisions. They offer flexibility within reason on schedules and are understanding when you have a sick family member and need to work from home. They offer great commission structure and opportunity to earn additional bonuses.

Cons

The staffing industry is not a 9-5 career and when you join this firm, you do need to be available at times after hours to serve the needs of our clients and candidates. To do the best quality work and truly be committed to quality takes hard work but I love every minute of it!

Pros

its a job, you get a pay check

Cons

the 2 owners of the company are very rude, entitled, fake, and frankly terrible people to work for. You are told you will be trained on best practices and company software, however that is absolutely not the case. You are more or less thrown to the wolves and expected to hit unreasonable metrics. You were also asked to clock in and out when you were brought on as a "salaried," employee. Don't work here if you have other options. Its a literal nightmare that doesn't get better.
