      Pros

      Great place to work, low ego environment. I had the pleasure of working with some of the best managers I've had. Really flat organization and ability to work with senior executive directly

      Cons

      Paid alot of lip service to working remotely and being cognizant of everyones needs. However realistically they took the option of working remotely away especially for senior manager and above jobs.

      1. Good Culture in the department I work in. 2. Competitive Salary + Stocks 3. Opportunities to travel to other offices around the world 4. Opportunities to get refund for professional courses and certificates. 5. Cool company-wide programs and initiatives, like mentoring program, etc. 6. Fantastic office in Warsaw! 7. Free Lunch + Gym reimbursement 8. Quick Promotions (very mature career development framework is in place)

      1. Company is actively pushing for office attendance - 2-3 times per week is now a must. 2. Organizational structure is not always obvious 3. Varying level of process maturity across different departments
