Pros

Outstanding senior leadership and vision for where Box is headed. The work life balance is exceptional and the people are some of the smartest in the industry.

Cons

Still very much a start up feel so it's experiencing the growing pains of becoming more scaled. For someone excited by pre-defined processes and neat and tidy, this is not the place!

Cons

We've hired so many people, and we're moving so fast, that we don't get a chance to know each other better. A small handful of people here only think about what's in it for them, when they should be thinking more about how they can add value to the team as a whole.
