      Good exit opportunities Nice office space

      Cons

      Clique-ish, monolithic culture at the SF sales office. There's a lot of lipservice given at Box about how much they care about diversity- but just take a look at the numbers/terrible retention of BIPOC employees. Most non-white employees I talked to hated going into the SF office because of the frosty, unfriendly vibe. I was part of the the black ERG that they trumpet on the website and middle management was actively hostile. Very much a cog in the machine in the Box sales org

      Culture is amazing every one is very nice and helpful Knowledge-well can learn anything you are willing to put in the time to Room for growth

      Cons

      One thing to consider is they do not pay what the market is paying, very under payed
