Terrible work-life balance - you have to stay late in order to sync with the US. Very poor code quality, even from senior and staff engineers. There's no sense of striving for improvement, better quality etc. - just get the stuff done and forget about it. A lot of code debt that is not being addressed. Unbelievable amount of chaos - it's hard to find out who is responsible for what, there's very little documentation or it is outdated, milion of slack channels with poor description etc. Lots of corporate type trainings - a complete waste of time.

Slow roadmap, perhaps had its day as a hyper growth company, tough sell, poor local senior management, no one knows what the future will bring. Huge turnover of staff.
