- they treat you like an adult, it's flexible and you're empowered to manage your own diary - everyone is unbelievably friendly, you feel like part of the family from day one, and there are lots of community events/groups to get involved in - the company values are actually REAL and not just some nice words on a website - solid career progression steps - great management and leadership who actually listen

This company has a really diverse culture and tight knit community which is great when you're trying to fit in, in a new place. The people at Box are REALLY helpful. An example of this was when I was in my new hire process before joining the company and during the contract signing stages Alexandra and Georgina were super quick with responses and even offered to hop on a call with me to make sure all of my questions were answered and that me as a new starter was in a place of comfort.
