Incompetent leadership, Low Pay, Horrible work life balance

Some really good engineers work here. Great people to learn from.
Cons
- Oncall load, for the biggest part is handled by US engineers in favor of Poland work life balance. - People play squid games for small pay changes. Shop around, you can easily double your pay and do real good work. - Infrastructure is horrible. You will be working on antique practices that will tax you everyday. The longer you work here, you will fall behind from the rest of the world. - Management is really good at making people believe that they are working on something really important and keeping people busy. It's like a vending machine that takes dollars and gives out pennies. - All the top leadership(basically anyone who has an AMA) is full of people who are stuck in their roles. It's hunger games + squid games +++.
