Pros

If you're a young adult looking for a part time job with likeminded people who share a love for fandom and philanthropy, BoxLunch is a great gig! The employee discounts are quite nice, and it's a fun place to work.

Cons

Depending on store location, foot traffic and sales can be slow. If you don't mind getting paid to fold shirts and straighten fixtures when it's slow, this isn't necessarily a con! Though as with any retail position, if the store is short on meeting payroll hours, you could get your shifts cut. Something to keep in mind.
