Same life lessons and stuff you’ll learn at other companies. Connections. Access to items sooner than others. Some of the benefits

Cons

HR Retaliation Multiple complaints on same people with no follow up Favoritism Incompetent management Nepotism Hiring friends People who think managing is micromanaging so they just don’t manage at all.

Pros

I enjoyed working with my coworkers.

Cons

Corporate ruined a lot of the fun. The number of KPI's associates had to track was ridiculous. Most of the time, I was stuck up front with an ipad, having to ask customers if they had a rewards account. Our daily sales goals were incredibly unrealistic and directly affected hours. Many times my shift would get cut a few hours before I started, and a few times I would even be sent home early. I was lucky to get 10 hours a week most of the time, except for holidays. Management was alright, but I truly felt as if you didn't consistently get good KPIs (rewards sign-ups, high-dollar transactions), you would rarely get enough hours. Associates would almost never get weekday shifts during the non-peak season.
