Pros

The product was amazing and so unique

Cons

DM's have way too much on their plates and very little time to really help SM's grow.

Pros

The people were great, I loved my coworkers and bosses. They were flexible with the schedule. The discount was nice too.

Cons

There's a lot of micromanaging that goes on. I was told down to the word how to inquire about the customers day. I was encouraged to follow customers around the store even when they didn't want the help. I was also told to just demand the customers phone numbers for our database, rather than asking. This didn't sit well with me. Finally, they hired too many people so some weeks I was only getting about 8 hours. I think this could be a great job for the right person. It just wasn't a good fit for me.
