      Amazing customers Enjoyable coworkers Merchandise is great It's partly a charity Discounts!

      The pay is the only drawback for me. Yes it's retail, but even some retailers have already updated their base pay to something more livable.

      If you ever have an H&R issue it is nearly impossible to get into contact with someone from that department. District managers constantly abuse their authority and the company doesn’t care about being Covid-19 compliant or about how workers are treated.

      •Unorganized company •Little pay for the amount of work given and deadlines assigned •Higher ups do NOT want to hear the truth, would rather hear it sugar coated & not the true problems or feedback
