It is a pretty fun place to work because most people working there and the customers like what we have so its a decently nice work day talking about the stuff we sell.

Since its a small store you don't really have specific areas to cover or things to do you are just everywhere doing basically anything that needs to be done

Love the people and the products. Your customers and your coworkers are amazing. Even the corporate side of things, like your district managers, are very intuned with the business and people.

Cons

Pay is not competitive no matter how much they claim it is. Makes it difficult to hire and keep people as well as to feel rewarded for the unbalanced work load that can come with retail and short staffing.
