There are endless opportunities to explore and advance your career at BoxLunch. As a growing company, opening new stores, and not many companies in the mall doing this, there are a lot of new and successful jobs being created both in store and at HQ. There are multiple opportunities to diversify your current skillset. And, it's a fun environment!

Cons

Holiday hiring can sometimes be a challenge, but I think that is a challenge across all retailers at that moment. We've had luck hiring our best customers!

Great people to work with at Box Lunch. Company cares about employees. Focused on developing talent to support growing business. Passionate about customers and product. Good work life balance, don't have to take the job home with you. Lots of opportunity with company growing like crazy. The company gives back to local communities helping feed the food challenges.

Cons

Some growing pains with the rapid expansion seems like some resources are stretched thin in supporting.

Excellent work life balance, LOTS of room for growth, competittive pay, and top notch benefits.

Cons

As with any new reatailer, there are still some challenges with growing so fast. I would much rather be faced with these challenges vs being with a company that is stagnet or no room for growth.
