Pros

- talk pop culture with customers & have genuinely fun interactions - so many new items that keep it interesting - employee discount - most of the company culture & giving back via donations - lgbtq+ inclusive ads & marketing

Cons

- because of their association with HotTopic, you have to look the opposite. My nail colors were restricted to only natural colors, natural hair only, warned when I looked too “goth”. - if you don’t have a good DM, it’s not a good place to be a manager. Very hard to find someone above your DM to take your issues seriously if you’re mistreated. - compensation for nearly all positions - required to push free loyalty program to everyone
