Pros
New hires with no experience gets paid the same as experienced veteran workers. You can call in sick anytime you want without repercussions . Great job if you live in a tent!
Cons
Annual $.40 cent raises even with higher inflation, you will need to work 2 jobs just to survive. Fast food restaurants pays better in my area than this billion dollar company. They do not care about experienced people as they are penny pinchers. Long term people are quitting left and right because of this.
