Pros
Work from home in an option depending on what your job is and who your supervisor is. Its hard to get fired based on your performance, but your position may be terminated anyway.
Cons
Very poor comunication. The organization is very top heavy and alot of VP corporate roles went to people who came here from other companies. Unrealistic goals set by corporate. Departments will implement changes without consulting or working with those who be affected by said changes. The customer service reps get very little training. The company will thanks its employees for making the company what it is while at the same time admitting to closing fully operational facilities and moving production to mexico. I've seen people get glowing performance reviews only to be have their position terminated because their job became obsolete. So yeah there are a whole lot of problems with this company. However it is possible that the company you are working for was only acquired by Boyd recently so hopefully you have a better experience than I do.
