Guests & coworkers are friendly and promote a good experience and positive attitude, semi-flexible w/ scheduling. Luv my leads-awesome people!

Cons

Physically demanding, some "emergency weather procedures" confusing or not explained clearly that are currently being addressed, uniforms are uncomfortable.

Boydgaming is a good company

Cons

There are cons for delta downs mainly for cocktails manger bully supervisor bully favoritism no professionals they yell at you in front of patrons everydays a risk when you come to work i did nothing came to work one the next there were a bunch of lies about me and i was fired cause they let the click girls rule the swing shift
