Pros

Good training program for the Surveillance Department. No physical labor or stress. You get to learn the whole casino business.

Cons

Very little room for advancement in Surveillance and you have to have approval from the Surveillance Manager and the property GM to transfer to another department. They keep dropping the benefits as well, specifically the 401K matching. You will work on holidays.
