Pros

Property level executives are dedicated and driven. Great pay for certain line level roles in the casino. Very fiscally sound company.

Cons

Top down approach, corporate drives the bus. Benefits are ok but need work. Bonus really only for Director level and a few managers. Stock equity is reserved for only a couple Director level roles on property.

The culture and the people you interact with every day are amazing.

Cons

Upper management as in the Senior Vice Presidents refuse to make changes that would benefit their employees. They penny pinch at every given opportunity, and you can't even talk to them. They lock themselves on a floor dedicated to them that most people cannot access. So much for an open door.

I've thoroughly enjoyed working at the BCS team. They always support each other and are always there to help pick up the slack for each other

Cons

Not sure this is a con but the workload can be overwhelming at times, and if you are comfortable in a fast pace environment, this probably won't be the position for you
