Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed working with the team, found the training valuable, and had a positive experience with the projects you were involved in. Creating a supportive and engaging environment is something we truly strive for. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding some of the challenges you faced. We understand that weekend hours can be demanding and we aim to provide balance by offering equivalent time off during the week. Additionally, your feedback on compensation is also important to us. We regularly review our pay structure to ensure we remain competitive and aligned with the value our employees bring. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish you continued success in your career.

Pros

Consistent paycheck Benefits are decent

Cons

I would strongly caution anyone considering this role. There is virtually no work-life balance, and burnout sets in quickly due to unrealistic expectations you’re expected to juggle social media management, leasing duties, and back-to-back tours from 9am–4pm with little support. The company is not family-oriented, and regular weekend work is expected, making it difficult to maintain any personal time. Management felt disorganized and unprepared, offering minimal guidance or assistance to staff or residents. Working at a takeover property also created a tense and challenging environment that made day-to-day responsibilities even more difficult. Overall, this was not a supportive or sustainable workplace experience.
