      - lots of opportunities in a high pace fast growing business - ability to stretch outside your specific area of responsibilities - ability to make some real impact on a $5b business

      Cons

      - culture is a work in progress and needs improvement - too much going on and lack of resources to manage - growing pains including confusion on who does what

      work-life balance and networking opportunities

      Cons

      Penny pinching a lack of accountability for managers who view employees as numbers not humans. There is no need to reply to review and try and save face as the company is really worried about perception but lacks motivation to actually do anything tangible about it.
