Unfortunately Braen Stone(Sparta) is run by a couple of morons. The company has Local 472 stamped all over it in hopes of gaining dependable employees. Yet the only purpose of having a contract under Local 472 is more than likely for cheaper insurance. I say that because as an employee at Braen Stone Sparta you are treated like an un loved step child. You don’t matter, the reality is that you are a pee-on just like everyone else.
