The ONLY con is the startup volatility and market conditions. Nothing they can necessarily control, but its a wild ride :)

Everyone who works on the Braintrust internal team has the highest level of ownership I've seen in my professional career. We all wear multiple hats on the team. Typically, when people have multiple roles at a company they treat one as their main job and the others as ancillary duties. At BT everyone applies the same level of ownership to all their duties.

Cons

We move fast. This is typical of a Startup, Braintrust is no different. Be prepared to do a lot of work on something that may not make it across the finish line. The best ideas win everything else gets added to the "Lessons Learned" column.
