Salary is okay. Company is well established and stable.

Cons

Management is sexist and racist. White men get opportunities without earning it. Lots of excuses from self absorbed management. Lack of good leadership. No work life balance. Lack of respect and maturity from management.

Hired some good people, but sadly didnt listen to a lot of them and they’re on the move.

Cons

Last 12-18months morale and mood massively down. Lots of silly decisions by upper management. Very clique’, and lots of lifers. Also the world’s worst procurement function.
