      Pros

      New leadership, new focus and good handle on running things as an organisation not as a bunch of siloed businesses Competitive pay Great people Ability to work from home is cool

      Cons

      Rewards are a bit old school - desperately need to be modernised Old ways of doing things -e.g. paternalistic processes which are over complicated and constrain innovation - on the up side, this has been recognised and is beginning to change under new CEO
