      Great Benefits, Constant Change, Very Fast

      Pros

      Benefits are great, and the people that stick around love what they do. Lots of passion around being the best in the market.

      Cons

      Not a very "fun" place to work. The primary objective of the team is constantly changing along with the executive team. What's important today will not be tomorrow.

      They did provide a lot of support when I first started and there was a nice workforce

      Expected to do the work of at least 2 people, no end to paperwork

      Work life balance Good atmosphare At some moments it was nice and challanging, but some of the projects didn't really work out.

      Cons

      Lack of work Not challanging I've had too much free time, I wanted to do stuff, but didn't have chances to develop.
