Generous PTO, Hybrid, Nice Office

Cons

Extremely low pay, no room for growth, only raises are less than the increase of cost of living, company in poor financial state, lack of transparency, constantly changing business structure, lack of stability, poor leadership. Overall I would not recommend.

Pros

Generous health benefits which are affordable. A standard but decent 3-week PTO policy. I have yet to see any PTO be denied. Co-workers and managers are welcoming and with time, it’s become a familial relationship. HR department listens to concerns and takes them seriously from my perspective. Hybrid work policy. Fun industry. If you are willing to learn and take things on, you will be rewarded.

Cons

There seems to be a lack of a true training program for account managers and order reps. Lower salaries than expected for sales roles. In the recent past there seems to have been a lot of turnover in addition to layoffs and annual raises being deferred which has lead to some employees feeling disgruntled.
