      Great company with good people. Needs a new plan forward.

      Pros

      Growing, competitive pay and benefits, employee ownership.

      Cons

      Stuck in the old ways of viewing corporate functions as overhead costs to trim instead of invest in to respond to growth. Focus on cost control across the entire company is creating working hours and conditions that will no longer be competitive in the intense competition for workers.

      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Cannot see ahead. Too easy for direct report to report up false information and throw you in under the bus to save themselves.

      Needs to rework project management.

      Overall great company! Great pay and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Two groups of project management. The group that wants you to do what is right! That wants good work performed even if it causes more work for PM. The group that wants everything to pass unless really bad.
