      A truly awesome company having troubles staying awesome

      Pros

      - Great people - Really interesting projects that made a difference in thousands of people's daily lives - Worked hard to be the "consultant of choice/employer of choice"

      Cons

      - Work/life balance could get a bit crazy at times due to schedule issues outside of management's control - The senior leadership was strong willed and sometimes had problems seeing that their plans were not going to work out as well as they expected. - Deteriorating benefits package, especially medical, not really their fault

      Pros

      One of the reasons I love my job at Braun Intertec is the culture. Senior management cares about making the best decision for the employee population, this is important as employee owners. As an employee owned company, I also find that Braun Intertec is more transparent than most. The importance of work/life balance is recognized.

      Cons

      There are some manual processes that have not kept up with our growth, but the need for change is recognized.
