      Great choice for engineering firms!

      Pros

      Braun cares about its employees and families. The atmosphere is positive!

      Cons

      Scheduling time to spend on weekends with family is next to impossible as there’s no rotation of shared weekends off every other week or third week. You don’t know till Friday at 5:00pm if you have to work the next day or day after. Can’t plan a weekend camping trip or anything!

      A truly awesome company having troubles staying awesome

      Pros

      - Great people - Really interesting projects that made a difference in thousands of people's daily lives - Worked hard to be the "consultant of choice/employer of choice"

      Cons

      - Work/life balance could get a bit crazy at times due to schedule issues outside of management's control - The senior leadership was strong willed and sometimes had problems seeing that their plans were not going to work out as well as they expected. - Deteriorating benefits package, especially medical, not really their fault

      1. Awesome team of professionals 2. Leaders care about employees 3. Good pay and reasonable benefits 4. High level of collaboration across teams 5. Innovative - winning as a team

      Cons

      It's hard to connect and build relationships w/remote team members. Keeping up with the trends in the industry can be challenging. We need the weather to favor us.
