Pay was ok, local employees great,they want 20 words to describe the pros I can't come up with that many.

Cons

Corporate management top heavy with the belief that they are the smartest people in the room. Not promoting based on talent and results, based on PE. Bonuses were a joke, that was based on percentage not performance, just like raises. The industry changes learn! listen!
