Cons

It's hard to connect and build relationships w/remote team members. Keeping up with the trends in the industry can be challenging. We need the weather to favor us.

Best coworkers you could hope for. CEO is great, most of the upper management is great as well.

Cons

CFO. Worst person to work with I've ever encountered. Unwilling to work with other departments. Zero effective communication. Extremely rude and nearly impossible to work with.
