Good place to work. Knowledgeable co-workers. Being employee owned gives more responsible for your own career path.

Cons

Work load was always sink or swim. Busy or not busy. Opportunity to work on a variety of projects didnt happen quick enough.

Pros

There are a lot of other people to work and interact with. The work environment is friendly and generally positive. The pay is decent but you will work long hours depending on your position.

Cons

Good training program but it is very dull and can be boring. The duties and assignments throughout the day become repetitive and monotonous. The hours can be very long but you do get paid overtime.
