Pros

Good pay, able to work from home and they do provide all of the necessary equipment, and generous with PTO

Cons

It’s a start up- so as long as you are comfortable with management making the rules up as you go along you will be fine. High staff turn over!

Pros

- Mission-driven with all employees bought-in trying to provide better mental health services - Coworkers are very nice, caring and considerate. - Leadership makes data-driven decisions that operate entire company direction.

Cons

- Low-pay for medical professionals. Long hours leads to quick churn of therapists. - Not much potential for growth or new opportunities. - VC hellscape means company is running out of money and is laying-off core employees that built the entire product platform. - Penny-pinching has led to stress induced environment for remaining staff.
