Working from home, reaching a broader population through telehealth, supportive staff and team environment, ongoing training, good PTO and sick time policies, opportunities for growth, budget offered for training purposes, and stipend for medical/vision/dental insurance.

Cons

There are some times where we will experience technical difficulties with telehealth, whether it be internet/power outages or client difficulty connecting audio or visually to their sessions. However, the team always steps in to assist one another and contact clients to keep them informed and IT team is always ready to help.

You get to work from home!!! The pay is what Therapist, LCSW, LMHC should be making with experience. Time off is always approved and management is understanding and not demeaning. Great work environment, everyone seems to get along. Always chances to move up.

Cons

New clients are not trained on how to access our Platform so constant trouble shooting with clients which takes up therapy time. Sometimes , (only sometimes Supervisors don't understand the therapists perspective) but overall GREAT COMPANY and TEAM!!
