Pros

The environment at Brave is very fast paced and adaptive. As new information comes in, there are changes implemented to adjust policies and processes so that we are providing the best care possible for patients. The training team is exceptionally supportive and available for questions and issues long after the initial training period. The individuals who thrive at Brave tend to be very driven, motivated people who are passionate about contributing to the overall mission of providing mental health care for underserved communities. The diversity on the staff is fantastic. Feedback is welcome on all topics and at all levels and can actually impact policies and training. Brave is always looking for new ways to improve.

Cons

Not everyone is cut out for this fast paced environment. It is very rewarding, but expect to work hard no matter what role you have at Brave.
