Pros

I feel very lucky to have access to such a supportive and diverse group of clinicians. The overall staff are always available to help answer any questions or provide guidance on how to better support myself or others. It's great to know that the company is taking steps to make sure everyone has access to the mental health care they need.I enjoy my coworkers. The company is really trying to give people access to mental health care. The clinical team is exceptional. There are clinicians that come from various backgrounds and experiences and really come together and support each other.

Cons

It is always a work in progress to streamline some processes and platforms as the company grows, but it is the right direction to support clients and employees.
