Pros

I can honestly say I love my job! It helps that Brave has a great sense of the importance of Mental Health for the community and the therapists and providers that work for them as well! The weekly "Pod-meetings" help provide feedback and support from our colleagues, which helps me decompress after a long work week. I feel the support from my leads and supervisors as they are accessible and help me throughout the day as needed. It feels like I am working in an office building but from the convenience of my own home!

Cons

Long hours if ALL clients show up daily (Silver lining is: higher pay incentive).

Cons

Depending on your shift your work day may end later than preferred.
