      Pros

      - Great office in midtown by Penn Station, amenities are very nice - A lot of transparency from the top in weekly emails + quarterly All Hands meetings - Inter-departmental alignment works well, based on OKR system - Numerous opps for learning by doing (process, product, etc.)

      Cons

      - Could emphasize mini-moonshot projects a bit more (product roadmap very oriented around incremental improvement ) - A lot of company-wide things (OKRs, LTR conference, performance reviews, some product features) seem like they all could have started being planned about 3-4 weeks earlier than they all actually do

      Fast-growing, exciting atmosphere. Great people, Very good WLB. Opportunities to grow your career and skillsets abound. Seeing a company on a mission scale itself is inspiring.

      Almost none, alot of the reviews are fake and written by HR.

      Cons

      Where do I start? First, the business development team is not doing well. Second, work policies are poor. Read your contract properly before signing! The bonus and commission are not real.....
