- Product is great and can aid in pretty much all customer use cases, it's a very easy sell and self intuitive. - CS team care about you as a human not just an employee. There is a great familial vibe here where everyone chips in to help each other. Everyone is welcoming, and wants to see each-other succeed.

They do a lot to be inclusive and foster a strong culture for everyone There is a good work/life balance and flexible working Smart collaborative colleagues and people are passionate about the product Feels like the company is on an upward trajectory and able to weather the storm economically while many other tech companies are struggling

Cons

As the company scales rapidly, it feels a bit disconnected socially
