The benefits, the people, the flexibility and autonomy given to individuals around ways of working. There is a growing sense of ground-up leadership and voice which could herald in a new era of innovation and growth for the company

Cons

Collaborative, Innovative mindset is lacking. Different departments have different standards and philosophies of work, when it could be more centralised around existing Braze Core values

I feel as though I have won the lottery since starting work at Braze. I have never been at a company with such a sense of community, empathy for both employees and customers and fun! Every day I am lucky enough to work with a team that is committed, talented, generous and kind. The Braze suite of products is phenomenally dynamic and the company takes all feedback from our clients and its used as a pivotal foundation for the roadmap. Benefits are off the scale. YOU NEED TO COME JOIN THIS COMPANY!
