I have never felt like working at Braze is a job. Any seller knows a great product changes everything. Braze is genuinely the best technology in its space without caveat. Because of that, everything else improves: higher win rates, happier customers, more referrals, and ultimately a stronger company and more satisfied employees. I also have the freedom to work in my own way, on my own schedule, while feeling consistently supported by the organisation.

The people are great to work with, teams are collaborative and helpful, and managers are supportive. Flexibility to work hybrid. The culture is also a big plus - there’s a strong sense of connection, and lots of team-building events.

Cons
