      Long Hours No work/life balance and expect you to be available on Slack ALL the time Poor management

While some of the items you mention are not my understanding (401k contributions are available day one with very competitive matching/vesting, we definitely promote work-life harmony, and are very strict with our guidelines for Slack and all other after-hours communications), I promise to investigate your concerns, and ensure that we are being consistent in our education and promotion of all programs!       -Plenty of opportunity here The market is converging and we are in a great place to ride the upcoming wave of digital transformation. -Wind is at our backs -Management has done this before -Great work life balance -Team that cares for each other -Team pulling in the same direction -We are solving interesting problems both for our market and inside the business -Opportunity to tackle projects you have not solved before

      Product is definitely filling a market need (our growth shows it) Leadership team is extremely transparent around company direction, feedback, and is very open to employee input. Recent hires and promotions show a clear dedication to going after and retaining high-caliber talent Employee development is a top priority from the CEO down throughout the organization

      Finding enough top tier talent to meet our high standards for the additional headcount we are adding during our scale up period
