Sometimes systems to do role can be poor but this is not a reflection of Braze!

Pros

Braze is a really great company to work for! Some of the pros include : - Great company culture, everyone seems super supportive and on hand to help. - Wide range of benefits (includes tuition reimbursement, pension, private healthcare) - Equity is part of the compensation package, Braze also offers ESPP. - Performance cycles + compensation reviews are every 6 months - Plenty of career growth - Managers that actually care

Cons

The salary are not as competitive as other companies in the industry. Sometimes the hours can be a bit long but nothing major.
