Pros

Growth org has a lot of opportunities to work on interesting and high visible projects. The people on my team are hard working and enjoyable to hang out with outside of a work setting. There is a strong need for analysts, data engineers, BI analysts, and leaders to help build out infrastructure for a proper data stack. We recently hired more people to support more teams.

Cons

Pay will always be around the median when you first start. Some of the raises are decent but it's highly dependent on what team you are working on.
