Not great, not horrible

Pros

The company has a fairly laidback work-life balance and places generally reasonable expectations on the tech/product team.

Cons

That said, it is not a product-driven company and operates bureaucratically (more like a bank; see leadership's ex-positions) than a tech company.

Thanks for the time you took to share your experience - that's GREAT to see that you enjoyed our work-life balance and that you enjoyed your work with us! We're certainly a company in transition -- we have been in business 25+ years and we acquired a tech start-up a few years ago to help us become a FinTech company. We're always looking forward to what's next!

Thanks for your amazing review!! Although it's true that we don't offer free lunch (as many of our associates work remotely), we are so glad to hear you care so much about work-life balance and feel you are well-compensated for your work. We appreciate your contributions!

Pros

Good benefits and competitive salary.

Cons

Mostly a toxic work environment that depends on the area. Lack of Supportive Management, many of those in leadership are unqualified for their position. Unrealistic workloads and expectations with the lack of resources to complete assignments. Very unclear communication that makes working on projects difficult and frustrating. Many of the departments are not on the same page with a lack of clearly defined responsibilities. High turnover, most of employees that have skills do not stay for very long.
