      Pros

      I feel so lucky to have found bread financial after being unemployed during the pandemic. The work life balance is great and there is a ton of flexibility about when and where you get your job done. The company seems to genuinely care about their employees which I haven't been able to say before with previous employers. CEO is down to earth which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Depending on your department, the workload can be intense. Currently hard to get in even if you know someone who can recommend you. The majority of external new hires I've seen are former employees who have come back due to the improved work culture from pre-pandemic

      Good place to work, but less pay and worst talent acquisition team.

      Worst talent acquisition team , not responsive, doesn't provide any feedback and most of the recruiters are biased.
