      Pros

      Competitive salary with bonus. Work life balance, 401k, employee stock discounts, 4 weeks paid time off at new hire status.

      Cons

      Management is moving in a new direction and not for the good. They have lost the core value of "you get back what you put out" and are losing their most valuable employees. If you're looking to make a career then be prepared to get treated poorly no matter how hard you work.

      Salary, easy job, nice environment

      Management, constant changing processes, ur calls are never good enough, theres a reason they pay well, waste of time, hamster wheel
